Today is my blog’s 3rd Anniversary ( Happy Birthday to You!!). A journey that started on an impulse has now become a passion, it has been a joy to watch it grow right in front of my eyes. To celebrate this happy occasion – we (kiddo & me) decided to whip together this melt in the mouth rich chocolate mousse. This recipe is a treat for people who love chocolate and like to indulge themselves.
Makes: 4-5 servings
Dark Chocolate: 250 gms
Fresh Cream: 150 ml (I used Go Fresh)
Butter: 1 tbsp
1. Boil water in a pan and take the chocolate and butter in a small pan, place the small pan in the boiling water. This is called “double boiling” the chocolate.
2. Whip the cream using egg beater for 2-3 minutes.
3. Melt the chocolate and mix till its glossy.
4. Mix till well blended.
5. Pour in bowls
6. Freeze for 10 minutes.
7. Dig in
