Chocolate Lassi

Every one loves chocolate. Period. This is one of the yummiest lassi i tried which just tickled my taste buds and left me craving for more. :). A great one for days when ypu are rushing and have no time to eat, be assured this will keep you full for hours. 😛

Its filling and taste in one gulp. Not a bad deal na?????


Chocolate Lassi

Here’s the recipe:

Serves: 2


  • Cooking chocolate: 30 gms
  • Curd: 2 cups
  • Chocolate syrup: 3 tbsp
  • Ice cubes: as needed.
  • Almonds: for garnish
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Honey: 1-2 tbsp (refer notes)


  1. Melt the chocolate using double boiler method. (See notes)
  2. Whisk everything in a mixer/blender.
  3. Garnish with almond shavings.
  4. Serve chilled.

Chocolate Lassi


Double boiler means: Heat water in a pan, when it comes to boil, take a small bowl that fits in the pan, add chocolate slab and allow it to melt. At the same time take care that the water doesn’t enter the chocolate.

Adding honey is optional. You can replace the honey with sugar or just skip if the sweetness is just enough.
