With scorching summers around, anything less than cold doesn’t interest. This season is the best time to consume fruit juices/milkshake /smoothies.
Hot milk is strict no no for the kiddo and sometimes he’s just plain lazy/ bored to eat the fruit. So thought of making it a little interesting for him. Papaya is full of nutrients and when combined with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, even better.
Here goes the recipe
Papaya chopped: 1/2 cup
Milk : 1 cup
Vanilla ice cream: 1 scoop (optional)
Take everything in a mixer jar and blend till smooth.
Serve chilled with a scoop of ice cream ( I just blended the ice cream didn’t top)
