A very Happy Women’s day to all the wonderful ladies out there . Hats off to all of us for donning many hats and being able to smile even in most difficult times.
We deserve all the attention n praise coming our, way. Today, I’m sharing a very easy recipe which takes minimum time in kitchen but tastes yummy. Like life, sweet, tangy, spicy n tasty. It bursts with flavors.
An amazing side dish for chapatis/ rotis. I have always been a fan of this curry. Just wrap it in a roti and you are good to go J doesn’t need much preparation and can be made very quickly in as good as 20 minutes flat. 😛
Can be sandwiched into bread and grill with some cheese and it makes a healthy snack too. 🙂
Hope you all try and love this.
