Veg Sandwich

The other day, i posted the recipe of the chutney for sandwiches. Today i made sandwiches. Here goes the recipe.



Makes 2 sandwiches.

Bread: 4 slices

Butter: 2 tbsp

Chutney: 2 tbsp (Recipe here )

Onion slices : 2

Tomato slices: 2

Potato slices :2

Beetroot slices: 2

Chaat Masala: 1/2 tsp

Cheese slices: 2 (optional)


Pressure cook potato,beetroot for one whistle. Peel and slice as needed.

Take a bread slice apply butter on both sides. On the other bread slice apply butter on outer side and chutney in the inner side.

Keep each (onion,tomato,potato,beetroot slices), add chaat masala, a slice of cheese and close with the buttered bread.

Toast in the sandwich toaster/ tawa till golden brown. Or serve Raw with ketchup.

Tastes yum both ways.
